- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified at the time of booking.
- Age Requirements: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Special pricing may apply for children, as outlined in our packages.
- Health and Safety: Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may impact their participation in our activities. Our crew reserves the right to deny participation if safety concerns arise.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment Terms: Full payment or deposit must be made before the tour date. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and online payment platforms.
- Cancellations:
- By Guests: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, minus processing fees.
- By Us: If a trip is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or raincheck will be offered.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for your scheduled tour without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment.
3. Raincheck Guarantee
- If your trip is canceled due to weather or operational challenges, you are entitled to reschedule your trip for a future date. Please refer to our Raincheck Guarantee policy for details.
4. Safety and Conduct
- Safety First: We prioritize the safety of all guests and crew. Instructions provided by the captain or guide must be followed at all times.
- Alcohol and Substances: Alcohol consumption is permitted on board in moderation. However, the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- Damages: Guests are liable for any damages caused to our vessels or equipment due to negligence or misconduct.
5. Liability Waiver
- Assumption of Risk: Guests participate in our activities at their own risk. While every precaution is taken, we are not responsible for injuries, loss of personal belongings, or damages unless caused by our negligence.
- Insurance: We recommend all guests have personal travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
