Responsibilities:

• Lead whale watching, fishing, and bear watching tours.
• Share in-depth knowledge about local wildlife and ecosystems.
• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout each tour.
• Collaborate with boat captains and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Passion for marine life and environmental stewardship.
• Previous guiding experience is preferred but not required.

Ensure a seamless customer experience by assisting guests with bookings and responding to inquiries about our tours and packages.

• Provide comprehensive information about our tours and services.
• Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

• Familiarity with booking systems (e.g., Rezdy or Checkfront) is a plus.
